Laura is a rye researcher, anthropologist and baker. She completed her phd at The Bread Lab, at Washington State University, and was a recent speaker at Grainz and Grainstock events.
In this workshop, Laura will take you through practical tips and hands-on baking with rye and also the fascinating story of rye.
