• Trtitcale is a hybrid of rye and wheat. It offers great flavour, high nutrition and performance somewhere between wheat and spelt. Its flavour lends well to biscuits and cakes, and on its own or with spelt in a tin loaf. Combined with a higher performing wheat flour, it will also add significant flavour to free-form loaves. The flour is supplied 100% wholegrain, largely at 170micron fineness.
