Khorasan, also known as Kamut, is an ancient grain far older than spelt. It offers a rich nutty flavour, high nutrition and better ease of digestion. Its flavour lends well to biscuits and cakes, and on its own or with spelt in a tin loaf. Combined with a higher performing wheat flour, it will also add significant flavour to free-form loaves. The flour is supplied 100% wholegrain, largely at 170micron fineness.
