Real Bread. Three ingredients only - single origin Tuerong Farm flour, filtered rainwater, salt. Naturally leavened, slow fermented, baked hot. It's sourdough like no other - identity preserved grain, full flavoured flour and entirely local, with zero food miles between field, mill and oven. Made in Tuerong, of Tuerong, our bread is a true representation of the season and the land on which it is grown.
