  • Our spelt was originally sourced from Portugal. It is supplied as a 100% wholegrain flour, largely at 170micron fineness. We also mill spelt grain grown biodynamically elsewhere in Victoria, if demand depletes our stock grown in Tuerong. Both provide the flavour, soft texture and ease of digestion for which spelt is renowned, and performance capable of use at 100% in bread.
